Understanding the unique demands that the academic calendar places on families, we have designed our scheduling practices to accommodate the busy school year.
Our Hours
One of the key ways we simplify scheduling during the school year is through flexible appointment options. We offer appointments during the following hours:
Monday: 7:40 AM – 4:30 PM
Tuesday: 7:40 AM – 4:30 PM
Wednesday: 7:40 AM – 4:30 PM
Thursday: 7:40 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM – emergency care only
These hours allow students and their parents to find the perfect time for their schedule. Whether before or after school, during lunch, or even during your least favorite class, we are sure to find the right time for you. We offer Friday hours during school holidays or most school closure days.
Online Scheduling
In addition to accommodating various schedules, we have also implemented a convenient online scheduling system for consultations. This platform allows families to book a consultation with just a few clicks, making it easy to manage those initial orthodontic visits during the busy school year. Parents can quickly check availability and select a time that works best for their schedules, all without making a phone call! Parents can also text us at 402-489-8841 to modify or cancel their appointment.
For those who prefer a quick phone call, our dedicated team is always available – during normal business hours – to help with any scheduling needs.
