When you walk into Lincoln Orthodontics, we want you to feel comfortable. We’ll make sure you’re introduced to the team and give you a tour of the office. Once you feel at home, we’ll begin your free, one hour consultation! We make it as quick and easy as possible. Here’s what you can expect to happen at your appointment:

• Photos of your teeth
• An oral exam from Dr. Willett
• An explanation of your oral health records

Orthodontic Insurance or Not, We’ll Make it Work

Before your orthodontic appointment, gather any necessary documents that you’ll need. This typically includes your dental or orthodontic insurance information, any referral forms, and your dental history records. Having these documents readily available will help us get a better idea of oral health and what your payment plan should look like.

For people without insurance, we offer:

• Third-Party financing through CareCredit

For patients with insurance, we are happy to communicate on your behalf with your orthodontic insurance company to:

• Submit orthodontic claims*
• Receive payment directly from the insurance company, thereby reducing the amount you pay upfront

*NOTE: We submit to your primary insurance. In the event that you have a secondary insurance, we will provide you with the documents you need to submit to a secondary insurance carrier.
